The GI Yoga program is delivered as an 8-week online group session via the Zoom platform. Participants will be invited to attend a 2 hour online live session that will consist of psycho-education, a yoga practice, and learning behavioural and cognitive strategies to manage GI disorders. This program stems from research based results. The session will be conducted by a professional who is both a qualified psychologist and yoga instructor. Participants will also be given member access to additional resources consisting of videos and literature to help learn, build, adapt, and practice skills.
